I hope you are finding your breathing and meditation practices comforting. Today we are going to create picture memories.
Snuggle up and look through some picture albums together.
Each person pick a photo and write down everything you remember about the occasion.
How you felt, what you were thinking, what you were smelling, tasting, or touching.
Use all your senses to bring you back to that moment in time.
For those of you too little to write, have your grown ups help or maybe even take a short video recording your observations and memories.
Share these stories with one another and consider creating a book of family picture stories.
Encourage your extended family to participate from wherever they are too!
